When I was seriously injured, I turned to Geoff McDonald. Paul Dull has helped me every step of the way. ...........UPDATE.....My case has been going on almost two and a half years, so now I have a litigation lawyer that barely contacts me regarding my case or to give me any updates. Trying to get him or my case manager on the phone seems like child's play. I was literally told that my case manager was in a meeting around 10am and then told the same thing around 3pm. I left a message and her voicemail said she will return calls within 24 hours. My lawyer has never even sent me an email, something Paul Dull always did, even if it was just to see how I was feeling. Right now I feel like my case is being pushed to bottom of the pile and they will get to it when they can, or when they feel the need to. This is so disappointing especially when I felt so good about my experience in the beginning. So at this point I guess I'll do what I've been doing this entire time SIT BACK WAIT AND WONDER. Im going to keep the 5 stars but only and ONLY because of my experience with Paul Dull but right now they are sitting at 2 stars and that's for the polite lady's that answer my the phones.
