Check in was easy. Friendly ladies at front counter. The hotel building looks dated on the outside but the grounds are gorgeous and very well kept. The lobby is modern, comfortable and clean. The pool needs cleaning .The pool is not heated . The hot tub was big and very comfortable. On our last night I felt the hot tub could have been cleaner. There was no ice machine however every time we called down , staff was swift to bring us bags of ice .The rooms were very clean!! We brought a black light to check and it was amazingly clean!! The location is awesome. The beach experience was very nice. Not overly crowded at all and very relaxing. I would stay here again. Very friendly staff!! My favorite staff was Maxton. He is friendly and took the time to tell us where all the great places are.
