I would first like to thank Mike Johnson Toyota having the worst customer service and most high pressure sales I have ever experienced. Steve was rude, invasive, and just awful. However, I went just down the road to Hickory Honda. Got an almost new car fully loaded, payments where I wanted them, and a great interest rate. So thanks for being awful so I could get what I wanted for a price I could afford from somewhere else!
