Worst Experience Ever!
I took the flight from Izmir to Zurich on 24 October with flight number XQ960 where my luggage exceeds the limit for 2kg and I was informed to get charge of an additional 20 Euro. I was ok with the additional cost and as I had no change, I handed over 100 Euro as payment. The person in charge said that she has no change and went to the office to pick up the 80 Euro which she was supposed to give me back. Once she showed up, she asked me to handover 100 Euro!! I said that she took it from me before she went to pick up the 80 Euro.. my word to her word right before the flight. Even though everything was recorded by surveillance cameras and a lot of witnesses around, I needed to pay again. They told me that I need to open a ticket online via customer support to make them review the surveillance camera. So did I and today on the 7th of January ( after 2,5 months) I received an answer to my ticket from "do not reply email" that the person in charge to investigate spoke to the personal and claim was right. What the hell..?! They literally stole my 100 Euro and the person responsible to investigate didn't check the surveillance camera and decided on the case based on the conversation he made with the lady and answered to me without giving me chance to further discuss!! I logged in to the system and case was closed. Wow... Ticket number "Sun-04116545" if anyone from this company really cares about reputation!
