So I am rating this a 3 because though it was a Busy Saturday evening this Chevy's was incredibly slow and seemed very disorganized. Once we were seated and not ready to order immediately after being seated it took a very long time to get the server back to take our order. Then it took a really long time to get our food. We had probably invested at least an hour's time in this from when we were first seated When the food came it was delivered by someone other than our server and our server never came back. We were told by management that she went on break but she just deserted us and never told us. The food came out correctly but not very hot. We had to search for someone to give us our bill so we could leave. That's when the Manager told us that the server went on break. Over- all very poor service. Even had to get up and ask someone to refill my water. Chevy's is usually way better (in Fairfield, CA but this was in Emeryville, CA ) I would think being in a very urban area this Chevy's would have done way better on service during a busier time of day. So only 2 stars when I'd normally give 4. We tipped out of Courtesy but not due to any kind of good service.
