I wish I could give this 0 stars... my husband and I have purchased 3-4 vehicles from Dick Hannah Dodge over the years and we were just looking into upgrading my Durango to the new 2018 with them until this happened...my Durango started having some electrical problems for example, occasionally when I try to roll up the windows it will roll them down and the back up light accumulated water for some reason which is due to poor design. The grand finale was when my husband used the auto start to defrost the windows on Christmas Day and the backup defroster started smoking and then the whole window shattered! My kids were really freaked out to say the least. I called Dick Hannah the next day and told them about the incident and their exact words were "ok, what do you want us to do about it?" I'm thinking the obvious, "get me an appointment to fix it!" I swear their customer service and Service center sucks. I will be taking my business elsewhere for my new vehicle and they will never get a dime out of me. Luckily I have good insurance and they said they would replace it with no deductible. My concern now is this defect with the electrical wiring in this car for the time being.
