Living in Utrecht and not being familiar with the Louis Hartloper complex, that can't be ... This iconic old police station houses a bar / restaurant and cinema that mainly focuses on non-mainstream films, but fortunately, more arthouse and alternative films. As a person from Utrecht and the Netherlands, I personally think this is a great place to come back to again and again and it is a place from my childhood. The prices are very reasonable and the location on the toll lane barrier is also nonetheless!
