It took me almost a year to decide, but it was clear that Paradise Exteriors offered a great hurricane window product. The sales team was thorough, and was able to compare to other manufacturers and installers. It took a long time to get the product from the manufacturer, and to set an installation date, and for a bit, I thought they'd forgotten about me. A little more contact during the waiting period would have been helpful. Installation crew was extremely thorough and professional and respectful. I had a glitch with one of the window latches and the installer team captain came over to help me with it. I recommend Paradise Exteriors for hurricane window installation!
