I actually gave this place a second chance and the experience was better. But this was my third time going and I was not a fan. I asked for two female therapists ahead of time when I made the appointment and I got 1 male and 1 female. Instead of getting us what we asked for or offering to discount our visit, they just said sorry it was their mistake. Comfortability is already pretty low at this point. Therapist calls my name. Butchers it. I correct her. She proceeds to call me whatever she wants. Ok. Go in the room. My partner and I proceed to get undressed. They knock on the door after like 1 minute. I tell them to wait. Massage begins and it's not bad. My therapist actually dropped a hot stone on my arm. The way she said sorry you would've thought it was my fault. She then tells me to move up. I move up towards the head rest..which btw is up. After the 3rd "NO move up", she condescendingly says no move up towards your feet .Ladies and gentlemen that is down. Its become clear this woman named Kathleen didn't learn directions in school. At the end of the day she was rude. My partners therapist was nice but was massaging him like he was scrubbing dishes. We still tipped after this awful experience. This was a birthday present. It was supposed to be an hour long experience... We got maybe 45 min. 10 min used to check in even after we got there early and they stopped 5 min before the hour was up. I recommend Sterling spa in Winter Park. It's further away but hands down a waaaay better experience.
