Knew what I liked and needed before I did! Staff were models of exceptional customer service and knew me by name. Room was clean, comfortable and bright. Great WiFi all over. Meeting rooms are very nice, the food, fantastic. Location couldn't be better, right at the base of the tower, steps away from wonderful shops and restaurants. Very happy to have visited. Would recommend.
