The wait was horrendous. We went on a Saturday night at 7, we didn t have a reservation. We were walking around and remembered we saw it once and we couldn t find something else. They took us but on a wait. We waited about an hour before we were seated and the waiter was far too busy to take our order. The only saving grace was the ability to order wine before being seated.

As for the food; I ordered the 100 day chicken and my partner ordered the risotto, we were very happy with it. It was a cold night and the chicken was just the right of level of warm comfort food for a cold November night.my only gripe was the rice wasn t fully cooked. I had about 3 bites that were crunchy.

The price of the house wine was very reasonable. We didn t order starters and a dessert, but we had two mini carafes, and the plats, and only spent 55 . We ate on the cheaper end because plats here average between 30-40 .

We didn t get a chance to look around so I can t speak to the history, but the food was just right for the night.
