When the service on my CMax ended up taking longer...

When the service on my CMax ended up taking longer than anticipated on a Friday afternoon, meaning that the car had to be left at the dealer overnight because I was unable to get there to retrieve it (the shuttle driver had left for the day), Mike Colson came to work on Saturday morning, normally his day off, to make sure that I got the car back as early as possible by coming to pick me up himself. The mechanic who worked on the car also came to work on Saturday morning to make a last-minute adjustment to the tires. They both deserve a lot of credit for making that extra effort, and I truly appreciate it.
