This all started about an hour and a half ago. I ordered tickets, had them sent to my email. (BTW, there was a charge of $17.25 in addition to the tickets themselves-more than the price of one ticket). I had trouble printing the ticket in my email box, but I finally managed. Then in my email, it says my tickets had been reprinted so they are now invalid. Invalid? What does that mean? So I call the Bowl, am given a number of message options, and finally get to the one I need, which basically puts me through to a live person. After waiting 20 minutes listening to jazz, which I don't like, while I began this review, someone finally comes to the phone. My question and her answer took half a minute.

1) Maybe I missed something--I saw nothing of a limit on printing when I ordered the tickets

2) No explanation about what they mean about the ticket being invalid

3) No notice when I call that there would be a PROLONGED wait (my phone tracks the time--when I hung up it was more than 21 minutes).

4) $5.75 handling charge per ticket for tickets that are sent via email for the customer to print is excessive; and I saw no notice of the fee prior to checkout when the final tally arrives

I am sure the concert will be fine. However, the way the Bowl conducts its business leaves a bit to be desired.
