Just made a call and the representative is rude and unprofessional like how are you going to say what do you want me to do about it when im asking questions im not aware of it. Like if she was having a bad day don't come to work then don't know her name but just got off the phone less then 10 mins ago. Everybody is human and make mistakes in all ethnicities no one is better than each other.
