A nice hotel but feels a little sterile! Has some character which was nice. Air con in the main reception is set to artic which is nice when you come back after a very hot day in Florida. Rooms are well serviced and cleaned every day as expected. Excellent access to Universal Studios by foot is 5 minutes or by boat from the hotel key side.
