Last year, I learned that the multi point inspection with regular maintenance is so important. I had my oil changed at a place by my house. When it was time for my next service, I needed more than just an oil change. When I went back to Sterling McCall, they found that my brakes HAD to be done. I was driving around with paper thin brake pads. My service advisor, Brandy, gave me several options with all of the recommendations. The only thing I had to do that day was my brakes, even if not with them. She gave me a loaner car, so I did not have to wait. I have been back there ever since. I just got new tires and, again, Brandy showed me many options and explained their differences. I think that she went above and beyond any other advisor I have had.
