I've been trying to contact them for over two mont...

I've been trying to contact them for over two months about fraud on my credit card. I call and always get some out of the non speaking out of the Country/ English person that doesn't give a crap about what I have to say and doesn't want to help at all. I get transferred several times and then disconnected on. This is a joke and I will be seeking legal advice due to fraud purchases on my account!!
If you want people to be able to continue service hire people in states that can understand English/talk it and know how to be polite and respectful with a good customer service attitude!!

I would really appreciate if my account NOT be charged over and over but now I'm going to have to go thru changes my information due to this stupidity!

I will never recommend no one to your store/website ever period! Your a JOKE and RIP off!
