It's a shame for a business with good food to lose...

It's a shame for a business with good food to lose good customers due to horrific customer service.

I called to place an order for pick up. "Carmina" answered the phone, and abruptly put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back and she hastily took my order, rushing me and cutting me off the whole way, and said it would be ready in 20 mins.

My man, after working all day, drove a half an hour out of his way to pick it up. Arrived and was rudely told that the order was never placed.

I called and asked to speak to a manager and was put back to "Carmina". She had nothing to say to me regarding my complaint.

Everyone has bad days but, when you are in a service industry, there are basic standards to uphold....

We are frequent customers. We constantly bring friends and family to eat at this establishment. The owners should really reconsider who they are hiring! We are very disappointed.
