Booked a car two months prior to travel, got email...

Booked a car two months prior to travel, got email confirmation. Car was different despite email and was dirty inside, rotten fruit under seats. Outside was clean. They made a point of saying front of car low, and rushed the check process. We were careful then got charged twice the quote for a small scratch to underside of front bumper. Quoted $70 charged $160CAD. Took a video which shows no visible damage. Damage was too low to see - possibly already there upon pickup. Would take the time to video whole car before renting here, and then again when returned. Sent an email with these issues - no response, but my credit card has already been charged.
Won't use them again on next years trip.
