Had a company party tonight. Everything from the Valet, to the pre-dinner service of lamb copa, breaded shrimp, beef Wellington, etc. The service was impeccable. The buffet of Prime Rib, chicken seasoned to perfection. The sides. Oh, did I mention the service? Outstanding.
