I have not had my driveway plowed since the 15 cm ...

I have not had my driveway plowed since the 15 cm dump on 12/10/14. I have called their "dispatch" three times in the past 24 hrs, still with no service. I called after watching the tractor service my next door neighbor, and neighbor across the street at 8:30am 12/11/14. Then called at 1:30pm, even though told that a tractor would be dispatched, still nothing. Came home at 11:00pm 12/11/2014 and still no service... Called this morning and talked to "JP" at 8:30am, but once again... still nothing. No service since 12/10/14. "Hated It" is too kind of a description about how i feel regarding this company and the service right now. Long time customer, but WTF??!! That will change.
