Crystal has excellent customer service skills. I thought this was a thing of the past. I have been a customer of Jade for about 13 years and would never think of changing internet suppliers. The price is right and they have excellent service. Crystal and Allison have both blown me away with how honestly attentive they are to the customers need. Thank you for your good work!
