I'd recommend RMC construction highly. We've used RMC for 3 jobs so far. One large (a $70,000+ addition), one small (an $1800.00 sump pump installation), and one medium (a $5000.00 filling and leveling of our back yard.) In each case, the work was good, the price was reasonable, and Rob was exceptionally receptive and available to answer questions and clarify things. On the rare occasion when I had something small I was concerned with, his guys fixed it immediately. One central point that is sometimes lost on people looking for a contractor is the relationship between the main contractor and the sub-contractors who work for him. I have a friend who had a nightmare situation largely because the main contractor he hired didn't know the subs and there was tons of miscommunication and missed deadlines. Rob has known all of the subs he works with (electrical, painting, plumbing etc.) for years, and they are clearly responsible to him. (I spent a fair amount of time chatting with them when we had the addition.) There was no "he said, she said" sorts of time wasting. They worked seamlessly together which is not at all a given with this sort of thing. Again, highly recommended.
