This is a complete waste of money in terms of travel insurance. Like most bottom run insurers they will likely deny most claims. My mother was delayed and missed a connecting flight so they claimed the coverage would only provide $100.00 for reimbursable expenses, excluding the cost of a replacement flight. The cost of the policy was $50.00 which was meant to cover "trip delays". The really misleading part was that the policy covered the costs of replacement flights arising from "missed connections". But that coverage was only if the itinerary was part of a tour or cruise. This was not disclosed when the insurance was purchased. In this case, we weren't even speaking of a substantial cost, they denied coverage for approximately $300.00 for the later flight my mother had to take. STAY AWAY!!!!!
