1 star for the Service Department.

Dropped my Jeep off last Thursday evening for a 915am appointment on Friday 5/24/19. Didn't receive a call but a text instead at 1036am that they are still trying to get my vehicle looked at reasoning being that they carried work over from the day before. Which I can understand to a point so I gave it some time, however at 5pm I called them myself to get a status update and played the phone transfer game only to be told that the tech working on it was not around to let me know the status. I than asked why it has taken all day long to look at my radio and was told well "we carried over a lot of work from the previous day" however I was met with a bit of a nasty attitude over the phone. I than arrived at the dealership service desk at 545pm to get my Jeep and the individual that gave me the paperwork acted as if I was being an inconvenience to them when I asked what did they find out in regards to the Jeep. Normally, I have no problems with the service department but here lately I have had some very horrible experiences and might want to search for somewhere else to bring my vehicle in for service if this is the type of customer service Hall is going to be putting out. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Hall and never had any problems with the sales department it's when its time to bring it in for service am I met with attitudes and a feeling of being an inconvenience for the department.
