We ordered a smoke free room as we have 2 kids in the family. They gave us a smoke room and the blankets had cigarette burns. It smelled alot like cigarettes. We also asked for a room with a fridge since they got our room wrong in the first place and they ignored our request.

Extremely disappointed.
