I recently bought a used vehicle from al sera and I had the vehicle inspected before I bought it and my quote was 2K to get it up to par. However a lot of the quote was minor issues and one issue that was just a mileage change part and does not have to be done right away. However they did not cut anything off the price at all for me at al sera. Even with the paperwork in my hand. Reason being they are such a big dealer that if I don t buy it someone will buy it after me at cost. They don t work with you. However when my salesman told me they will not fill up my tank because I m buying used, I talked to a manager and he without issue filled the gas tank for me. Overall not very satisfied with the sales reps that work there but it seems as though management was willing to help with what they could. 2 stars overall. Hank graft in davison has been my favorite.
