My wife delivered at Parkridge East and I wouldn't go back there again. Registration process was difficult and delivery staff and rooms could be refreshed. Nothing like hearing your nurse say that everything seems to be broken in your room! Maternity and nursing room staff was outstanding, but everything leading up to them was disappointing. I would recommend that expecting mothers tour the facility first to see the rooms for themselves- the facility is definitely aging.
