Staff could care less about member care. We signed up and I cancelled after less than a week. I was kicked out of a workout class- was there on time but I got lost in the back looking for equipment and was so embarrassed after being dismissed in front of everyone. My baby sat in an exersaucer for almost 2 hours straight while the staff sat in a rocker on their phone. Kids staff was talking negatively about other moms in front of me. My 3 yr old also told me another kid smacked her in the face and she said she told a teacher and they did nothing, nor was I notified.
