A series of incredibly frustrating experiences here. We were overcharged on our bill for MONTHS with no justification as to why. Shady behavior and inexcusable. It is truly unfortunate that we do not have any other choice when it comes to water in Baton Rouge, for this company would be the LAST company I would ever go to. Would give negative stars if I could. :)
