I have been following Southgate on Facebook for awhile now and for the most part I enjoyed what I saw so much so, I was seriously thinking of purchasing my new truck from them.

Then I saw a scathing review on their Facebook page, which I never thought anything of until it disappeared and saw a similar review from the same person on Google Places. Later on, they deleted yet another negative review from an impending customer on their Facebook page. I ended up purchasing my truck at a different dealership but have to ask, if this place can't be trust worthy online, how can they ever expect anyone to trust them in person when it comes to purchasing a vehicle or service?
