In the past, I always called Modernistic or Stanley Steamer to clean my carpets. This time, I decided to give ServiceMaster a try. Boy, am I glad I did! There was only one guy, Mike, but he was super thorough and did a fabulous job. He took a lot of time and went over trouble areas more than once. He must have spent 45 minutes just on my stairs. My carpets look brand new. He got out stains that I thought were there for good. The price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone and he didn't try to upsell me stuff like scotchgard, pet spray, etc. etc. The other guys are quicker but they work on commission and just want to get the job done and go on the the next house. Oh, and they didn't ask me to move anything! Mike did it all. If your carpets need cleaning, call ServiceMaster and ask for Mike. You won't be sorry.
