For me it is best residential building in this area. Location is great, shukran hypermarket is just opposite, main road is very near. Building management is good. Building is clean and watchman Satheesh is a good guy. Flat quality is good too. Quality fittings are used, room size is good too. Unlike many other buildings, it doesn t feel narrow or dark in its corridors
Building security needs bit improvement, since there is same code for entrance .
