5 stars for Dr Pratap and 0 stars for the receptionist Sue.

We have been seeing Dr Pratap Acharya for 4 years now and he has been a really good, responsible and caring doctor. He is very careful with his diagnosis and asks a lot of questions to clarify. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have serious problems, he will tell you in a serious matter. If you have a mild issue, he will tell you not to worry and give you some advice. Highly recommend this doctor.

On the other hand, beware of a receptionist named "Sue". I spoke to her over the phone and she had such a terrible attitude. Asking for my name and time of apppointment in a rude way and when she repeated my name, she made fun of it saying my name is not in the system. Well its not in the system because Im the mother of my baby girl and shes the patient. I told her she had an attitude and she said she didnt. Well my husband was listening to the conversation the whole entire time and he agreed that she definitely had an attitude. This is why I NEVER book via the phone but always online.
