We changed out our router/modem and that caused our doorbell camera to started blinking red. I called AMP SMART and spoke to James. We tried to hook up with Skybell Wifi and reconnect the doorbell to the internet. No luck. We had to shut off all devices and even remove the AMP SMART APP. We had to change the Apple ID and passwords etc. Nothing worked. We finally had to set up an appointment with a service technician.
James was our customer service representative. He was the most courteous and knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. I truly appreciate his expertise and courteous way of communicating every detail in attempting to alleviate our doorbell camera problem. Thank you AMP SMART for having this quality of person working for you.
