Lockaway storage

I really enjoyed my first four months at Lockaway Storage in Conroe. The facility is clean, convenient, and the staff is genuinely customer-focused. A special shoutout to Tress—she made the move-in process smooth and was excellent to work with. However, my experience took a sharp turn when I received a rent increase letter. My monthly rate went up by $25, which is over a 15% hike. That’s a significant jump, especially since my own income hasn’t increased by anywhere near that much. It feels like I was baited in with the initial move-in experience, only to be hit with a steep price later. Since I can't afford the new rate, I’ll be forced to pack up and move again. Disappointing ending to an otherwise good start.
