We had a great experience at Lithia. I had found the used car that I wanted to look at on the web. We went by and Philip Underwood showed us the car and its many features. He went with us for a test drive. Never felt any pressure. We called the next day and told him we wanted it and picked it up after work. It was a good experience and I highly recommend Philip Underwood.
