A resourceful nonprofit rescue that brings in dogs from rural shelters and continuously takes in cats when nearly all other central OH shelters are at capacity, CHA's dedicated staff and volunteers provide excellent care while animals are in their care. I've volunteered and fundraised for this organization for several years now for a good reason: I believe in CHA's mission.
