I spoke with KIM this morning about a $10 convience fee balance on the portal and she said it's a extra $10 since they have to go cash the money orders and it states it in the lease. LIES that is NOT in my lease. I bring money orders most of the time and NOONE ever told me about a EXTRA $10!! I've always paid the amount on the portal since they took over the property 2yrs ago now today it's a convience fee after they've already cashed the money orders. I stated it's always something new every month and im sick of it SHE LAUGHED LIKE IT WAS FUNNY!! I didn't see the joke nor do I think it was professional for her to do that. I will be getting in contact with the President of the company YES over $10
