Absolutely shocking service. Called up yesterday and booked an appointment for christmas eve as boiler has broken and then got a call at 10.20am today to say there was a mistake and no one can come for 4 days (baring in mind they were meant to be here between 8am and 12pm today) now we are left with no heating or hot water for christmas and our 18month old baby. When we phoned to complain we were put on hold for 20minutes and then shut off so had to phone off a different number. Absolute joke. Got through to the manager and got told 'dont worry you wont be charged'. They already have my card details also. Stephen Clark and joe haughton who apparently run this business really should look at their managerial skills as its appalling. Will be warning our new estate to stay clear.
