I love Holiday Inn Express. This would be a solid 5 star review if not for a few issues. First we had 4 people staying in the room and 3 towels. Second there was no hotel shampoo, just conditioner and lotion. Third the hotel is full of ladybugs. Our room had 15-20 all over the walls and ceili g. My 9 year old is not a fan of any bug. Lastly hotel photos showing bacon as part of the hot breakfast are inaccurate. Location is awesome as is the staff.
