So. I am not very happy with the Subaru Service Department for Subaru of Fort Myers. The Dealership is awesome but the service department is not very good when it comes to customer service. My wife who drives to work and back every day traveling 160 miles a day 5 days a week, bought the lifetime warranty on her tires. We discovered on Sunday that one of her tires had a severe leak. I took her car in first thing Monday morning to have the tire fixed. I waited 15 minutes to be checked in. Then I waited over two hours for the tire to be fixed. I get home and Tuesday morning the same tire has a pressure of 7psi. So I had to take time off work for a second day! I take the car in and my wife calls from the highway to complain. She says talk to Jose. I get there, I ask for Jose, he looks up as he is playing or doing something on his phone, looks a me then goes back to his phone. I then said Jose? for a second time. He then acknowledges me. He looks at the service report from the day before and said that they looked at the tire and could not find a leak or nail. I explained my displeasure and Jose continued to defend the lack of good service saying they tried. I will wait to see how this works out as right now, I am not impressed by the seemly unapologetic bad customer service.
