I have been very pleased with the products and price point offered by Carewell. For my husband s needs they seem to keep adequate inventory of the items that we order. This had been a very real problem with a Carewell competitor we had been using prior. Having the products available when needed is so crucial and goes a long way in establishing trust between the online store and the customer. Along with having the products available when needed, their speedy delivery also exceeds what we had previously experienced. There has only been a single instance when there was a glitch in what we had ordered and what we had received. Errors can happen with the very best of companies but it is then how they respond that sets them apart from the good and the bad.
