Since 1 May 2019 it is no longer possible to use the swimming pool as a non-hotel guest (paid). I enjoyed using it and had a fixed ritual, a swim and then dinner after work. I was not aware of this and wanted to swim (and eat) with my son this time. The receptionist was relentless and could not make an exception for this last time either. We could opt for an expensive swimming subscription or nothing. It didn't get anything. Furthermore, good hotel, regularly overnight, somewhat pricey, good restaurant friendly staff, but this could really be better. This is not 'des Valks'. At least one (very) loyal customer less, but they will not miss me ...
Here a low score but overall the service was always good.
