Bought a vehicle from Capital Ford. My wife's only prerequisite was that the vehicle not be smoked in. She saw an Escape online, called and asked if it had been smoked in, The salesman said no. We get there and you could not smell smoke especially over the salesman heavy cologne. We checked the vents no smoke. After 3 days, smoke smell lightly, 4 more days...it was very obvious the salesman and dealer had masked the smoke smell. Tried to be civil and give them the opportunity to make it right. The wouldn't even waive the buyers fee for new vehicle. THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF DEALER THAT CARES ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!! Please be wise and go somewhere else!
