I wanted to leave a review because I think they are very helpful when choosing a company to do business with. I often rely on reviews when making purchasing decisions. So, if you are considering Hendrick Honda on South Blvd, I can tell you, without a doubt, you will leave happy!

Yesterday I drove off the lot with my gorgeous new Honda Accord EXL. From the first welcome handshake to driving my new car off the lot, the process was delightful, comfortable, seemless, and most importantly, I felt that my time was respected! Too often you hear of people having long drawn out experiences. Not the case here. A competitive price, options that were installed perfectly, and most important to me a thorough tutorial on all the awesome electronics and features, were part of the great experience. The financing process was very transparent, no smoke and mirrors or bait and switch. And definitely not a hard sell.

Thank you, Gus Forbes (he does a great job on meet and great and facilitating the entire process and for always remembering me after all the years I've been a customer), for the fastest, easiest financing/signing process with Kelly Hard, and most importantly, Andrew Patteson, my salesman. Andrew kept me informed throughout the process, called to update me on tinting and option installs and was right on time for our delivery appointment. He spent a lot of time teaching me all about my new car and how to make the most of all the fantastic features. Especially with the new safety features. He knows his Honda and was like a tech guru on all the electronics and options! I never used all the gadgets on my last car, I will now! I was set up with my bluetooth when I drove off the lot! Before I arrived to pick up my new car, he programmed all my preset stations from my old car into the new system! I was really impressed by the attention to detail he had.

I will also add, if you are taking a car in for servicing, or collision repair (unfortunately I've had to use the body shop several times), you will be very happy with their service department as well. Huge kudos to their Service Technician Andy Benton, he always takes great care of my cars and provides fast efficient service and detailed explanations of any issues!

I know this is a long review, but I really wanted to provide one that would help people make a good choice. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years and referred countless family and friends who have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a great deal, quality cars and to be treated honestly, fairly and with courtesy and respect, choose Hendrick Honda!
