Not quite sure why there are negative feedback on ...

Not quite sure why there are negative feedback on here for GP Lawyers but i will recommend this company.
I was provided GP Lawyers by Natwest when i was remortgaging and was not sure if this was a good move as i had not used them before. But i must say they were excellent. They kept me posted on every update on the mortgage through email and text and in the end i got a nice cheque for the balance on the remortgage.
