I recently attended a lead channel training session at DelphiGlass, and overall, it was a valuable experience. I managed to finish the project within the day, which allowed me to truly grasp the key steps involved. The pace was relaxed and comfortable—I never felt rushed, and having the full day to learn was a huge plus. Instructor Steena was impressive; her extensive knowledge and experience shone through when she answered questions. Even though we were a small group of six, she made sure to give individual attention to everyone. I left the session feeling confident in my new skills and ready to apply them. My only minor gripe was a slow start due to a mix-up regarding the expected class size, though that was quickly resolved. I also wish the design patterns had been a bit more interesting—something simple enough to finish in a day but visually appealing enough to actually hang on a window would have been nice.
