After my partner broken down in Sheffield (Friday 1st nov 19) she used the Green Flag App to request assistance. This was straight forward, and she had a text message with a time of 90 minutes.
The van (from Richford Motors) arrived over 5 hours later. She had a number of text messages and a further 9 telephone calls constantly advising of delays with the driver as he was busy . Their whole process seemed unorganised and very amateur.
Several calls she made to Green Flag took over 20 minutes to get through.
Our joint Green Flag policy will now be cancelled as we have rejoined The AA, which is more expensive, but they do have the man power to deliver when you call them. Lesson learned with Green Flag.
