DHL is actually trash. If I could give negative stars I would. I ALWAYS try to avoid any places that ship through DHL because I ve only ever had bad experiences. Something always tends to go wrong making my packages delayed, or my packages arrive absolutely DESTROYED with everything inside destroyed, too. This time round, my delivery was supposed to be today, but SOMEHOW my package was sent to the WRONG delivery facility. Not to mention the customer service has NEVER been helpful to me. I ve given DHL so many chances to redeem theirselves with me and they NEVER tend to do so. Not to mention their PROCESSING FEES (please tell me WHY we re paying f***ing processing fees with our duties and taxes) are OUTRAGEOUS. I m paying for the duties and taxes, not some bulls*** $30 DHL processing fee. I swear DHL tends to make excuses for everything. Please for the love of God, do not use DHL. Every single other courier is 10000x better than this garbage.
